Issue = No Customer 'Create' button available in Customers Form under 'Receivables Super User' Responsibility

Root cause of the Issue
Customers prompt value in AR_CUSTOMERS_GUI menu was missing

Solution
1. Go to 'Receivables Super User' Responsibility > Note down the Menu name (which should be AR_CUSTOMERS_GUI).
2. Query Menu AR_CUSTOMERS_GUI.
3. In the first record with Prompt Seq 1, enter the Promt Value 'Customers'.
4. Save your changes.
5. A request will be automatically run to recompile the menu. Make sure it completes in 'Normal'.
6. Now go back to 'Receivables Super User' Responsibility > Customers form and the 'Create' button will appear.
