Issue
Oracle VM Server appears in red with Status "Server of VM(s) in Errored Status", "Offline Server 1/1" under Oracle VM Manager Console. On the contrary, the Oracle VM Server is up and running.

Investigation Done
This is probably due to a failed event that has happened in the recent past.

Resolution
1. Go to "Health" tab and click on "Offline Server 1/1" link. This will open a pop-up window.

2. Under this pop-up window click on the icon for "Events".

3. Now hit the button "Acknowledge All". Then hit "Close" button at the bottom to close the window.

4. Come back to server pool, and then click the mouse on the server pool showing error status. Then right click it > Rediscover Server.

5. After this the Server Pool will be rediscovered and the dashboard status will change from "Offline Server 1/1" to "All Servers and VMs in normal state".
