- Telephone support or chat-based support can also be arranged. Call to mobile phones will be charged extra on actuals plus 20% service charge. Only limited countries can be called by telephone so please clarify with us before you purchase this service.
- This support provided is provided for personal Oracle E-Business Suite environments only. Please contact us to arrange support for corporate environments.
- Only standard Oracle E-Busienss Suite solutions will be provided.
- We will not provide any support on your customizations. However client can ask questions in relation to their customizations and we will endeavour to provide best possible answers.
