This course teaches students how to install Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 in a Cloud Server. This is useful for anyone who wants to install Oracle E-Business Suite on an enterprise cloud like Amazon EC2, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, IBM Softlayer etc.
The instructor will demonstrate the procedure to install Linux GUI Desktop tools on the Cloud Server, the process of accessing it remotely using VNC Server technology.
Further demonstration will be done on the procedure of how to configure a cloud server environment, and then remotely access it to installOracle E-Business Suite from internet.
Post installation the instructor will also demonstrate how Oracle E-Business Suite instance (including forms & reports) can be accessed from internet through the Cloud Server environment.
It will be useful to anyone who have not installed Oracle E-Busienss Suite previously in a Cloud environment.
We will be using the following environment for installation:
+ Cloud Server's Operating System = Oracle Linux 5.11
+ Oracle E-Business Suite Release = Release 12.2
+ Both Database Node and Application Node will be installed using two linux users, but within one Cloud Server instance
+ Access = remotely through internet
By the end of this course you will be able to configure and install Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 in a Cloud Server on Oracle Linux Operating System.
