These are essential documents required by Project Managers while executing Oracle ERP Implementation Projects.

List of values in excel files - where possible the columns have been pre-populated with standard List Of Values (LOV's), which can as well be modified by the user

1. IDENTIFIED_STAKEHOLDERS_FORM.XLS

In this task, identify project stakeholders. Project stakeholders should be identified as early as possible. The success of the project increases when an active stakeholder is identified and involved with the project.

The excel spreadsheet documents listed above lets a Project Manager maintain identified Stakeholders.

2. STAKEHOLDERS_ANALYSIS.XLS

The Stakeholder Analysis documents the project stakeholders, their influence and interest in the project, what information they would like to receive and by what method of delivery.

3 & 4. ISSUE_LOG.XLS and PROBLEM_REPORT_LOG.XLS

In this task, you develop the system to support and execute the Issue Management Process and the Problem Management Process documented in the Issue Management Strategy and Problem Management Strategy. These processes contains the procedures for managing issues and problems during Project Execution and Control. This includes identifying, assessing, approving, handling, tracking and reporting issues and problems.

The excel spreadsheet documents listed above lets a Project Manager maintain a log of all Issues and Problem Report respectively.

5. RISK_LOG.XLS

The Manage Risk task entails executing the process detailed in the Risk Management Plan for the potential risks identified in the Identified Risks Watch List. While there is a value in working through the process of developing the plan, there is a lot more value in working with the plan regularly to help navigate the implementation. This task is ongoing throughout the Project Execution and Control phase.

The excel spreadsheet documents listed above lets a Project Manager maintain a log of all identified Risks.

6. CHANGE_REQUEST_LOG.XLS

In the Manage Scope task, you put into practice the processes documented in the Scope Change Management Processes and manage any possible scope changes (Change Requests) as defined. This task is ongoing throughout the Project Execution and Control phase.

The excel spreadsheet document listed above lets a Project Manager maintain a log for all Change Requests.

7. RESOURCE_PLAN.XLS

In this task, develop the project team structure and reporting hierarchy as well as identify the roles and responsibilities required to complete the project. Resource planning begins with validating that the resource requirements identified during the Bid Transition process are appropriate to meet project needs. The Validated Scope and detailed Project Workplan are key inputs to this task. As the project progresses, it may be necessary to update the Resource Plan to accommodate evolving requirements. Resource updates that would affect the project budget must be discussed with the client and handled through the Scope Management process.

8 & 9. DELIVERABLE TRACKING.XLS and UNPLANNED_ACTIVITY_LOG.XLS

In the Manage Project Workplan task, you put into practice the strategy, processes and procedures documented in the Work Management Plan to engage resources to execute the Work Management Plan (tasks and processes) defined in the Project Start Up phase and regularly review and update the Project Workplan with the actuals. This task is ongoing throughout the Project Execution and Control phase.

The excel spreadsheet documents listed above lets a Project Manager track Deliverable and maintain log for Unplanned Activities respectively.
