A. The following System Profile options have not been set:

+ PA: Global Start Date (mm/dd/yyyy)

+ PA: Enterprise Calendar

+ PA: Period

B. Bug already logged by Oracle in MOS. Reference - Bug 18439456 : CREATING PROJECT FROM PROJECT TEMPLATE ERRORS WITH USER-DEFINED EXCEPTION

Resolution

Set the System Profiles. If you are in a Vision demo database then use the following values:

Navigation: System Administrator responsibility > Profile > System

+ PA: Global Start Date (mm/dd/yyyy)

Value = 01/01/2016

+ PA: Enterprise Calendar

Value = Accounting13

+ PA: Period

Value = Month

Also check to make sure following profiles are set:

+ PA: Primary Currency
Value = US dollar

+ PA: Primary Rate Type
Value = Corporate
