Issue

Following errors are coming in almost all forms after installing Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.4 VM under Oracle Virtualbox:

ORA-01403: no data found

FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-ITEM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062

Resolution

Compile the following items using adadmin utility:

1. Libraries

2. Messages

3. JAR Files

4. All SQL and PL/SQL

5. Forms

Shutdown and restart both DB Tier and Apps Tier. Retry and the error will be gone.
