Resolution

Step 1. Clear browser cache and retry to see if you get error.

Step 2. If the above doesn't solve the problem then simply bounce the financials and procurement tier. As an alternate you can simply restart all the application tier service for Fusion Application domains. Use the following script:

2.1 first stop:

/app/APPLTOP/instance/CommonDomain_webtier/bin/opmnctl stopall

/app/APPLTOP/instance/BIInstance/bin/opmnctl stopall

/app/APPLTOP/fusionapps/applications/lcm/ad/bin/fastartstop.sh -Stop -all -username faadmin -appbase $FA_BASE/fusionapps/applications

2.2. Restart

/app/APPLTOP/fusionapps/applications/lcm/ad/bin/fastartstop.sh -Start -all -username faadmin -appbase $FA_BASE/fusionapps/applications -startAdminServer true

/app/APPLTOP/instance/BIInstance/bin/opmnctl startall

/app/APPLTOP/instance/CommonDomain_webtier/bin/opmnctl startall

Step 3. Log back in into Fusion Application front-end and recheck the issue. The error will not come now.
