Yes you login from any computer but you can be logged in to one computer at a time.

From the main menu on top of the page, simply go to 'Resources' > My Account Details > Edit My Account Details.

From the main menu on top of the page, go to 'My' >Profile > Edit Profile > Password. Reset your password in this form.

{slider Is subscription fees inclusive of taxes?}

Yes, the subscription fee is inclusive of all taxes.

{slider Can I buy all your courses by paying you one price?}

Yes, you may purchase all courses with one price. Currently we have two options - 6 monthly or annual subscription. Please see the pricing details here.

{slider How can I buy an individual course?}

Simply go the course and click on any lesson. A pop-up window will appear which will show you the details of course fees. Follow the prompts in the pop-up window to purchase the course.

{slider Can I access newly released courses during the period of my subscription?}

Yes, you can access all newly released courses provided your subscription is valid and you have subscribed to a subscription which provides access to all courses.

{slider Can I access new updates to course content that gets released during the period of my subscription?}

Yes, you can access all new updates (including document and videos) which released during the validity of your subscription, and you will not have to pay extra fees.

{slider How can I see the courses I have subscribed to?}

From the main menu on top of the page, simply go to 'My' > Online Training > My Courses.

{slider How can I see the courses I have purchased?}

From the main menu on top of the page, simply go to 'My' > Online Training > My Orders.

{slider I am having issues in accessing my subscribed courses?}

Simply email us and we will endeavour to resolve it on priority with 24 hours.

{slider Which payment methods do you support?}

Currently we support Paypal only. But if you are having issues in paying via Paypal then please email us and one of our friendly support staff will revert back to you.

{slider I am unable to pay the entire subscription amount via Paypal. Can I split the amount and make two payments?}

In this situation we can assist you by splitting the payment amount into two or more invoices. You can then pay the invoices by Paypal. However your access to our courses will be given only after realization of full subscription amount.

{slider Do you offer instalment facility to payment of subscription amount?}

Currently we do not offer instalment facility. Course and/or subscription amount must be paid in full to get access to our courses.

{slider Can I get an invoice for my subscription?}

Yes, you can get an invoice for your subscription. Simply email us and we will send it to you.

{slider Do you offer volume discounts?}

Yes we do offer volume discounts if your company would like to subscribe for 3 or more named-user licenses. Please email us to get more details.

Simply raise a new thread on our Community Forums and we will endeavour to answer it on priority with 24 hours. You also have the option to make your thread "private" such that others will not be able to view it.

We believe the best way is to start by learning the transactional business process flows of that module, then setups and configuration, and finally implementation.

{slider Why do you give Business Case Scenarios in all your trainings?}

At aclnz.com, we believe that the fastest way to learn is by sharing real-life business case scenarios, and then demonstrating Oracle Applications solution for such scenarios. All business scenarios are based on the practical implementation experience of our consultants and trainers.

Sorry, but we don't develop courses on individual requests. However you are welcome to suggest us new courses and we will consider it based on demand from other members. Simply email us your suggestions.

{slider Can you deliver training at our Corporate Office?}

Yes, we can deliver all training on-site. This is subject to arrangement of Visa (if outside New Zealand, Australia or India), Travel Airtickets, Accomodation and Per Diem expenses. Please email us your requirements.

No, there are no minimums. We can arrange one-on-one training even if there's only one student enrolled.
