  1.     Start DB
  2.     Either after starting apps tier or by simply starting weblogic admin server

Resolution

    Solution 1

  1. There could be an issue in the permissions on the log directories on which Weblogic Admin Server logs are being written. Simply grant your applmgr recursive permissions on the directories.
  2. login as applvis
  3. chmod 777 -R /u01/oracle/VIS/fs1/FMW_Home/user_projects
  4. chown -R applvis /u01/oracle/VIS/fs1/FMW_Home/user_projects

    Solution 2

  1. Make sure have read/write/create permissions on the folder:/servers/AdminServer/data/ldap/ldapfiles/EmbeddedLDAP.tran
  2. Clean up the /cache /tmp folder. e.g AdminServer/tmp AdminServer/cache
  3. Back up old server_name/ldap folder, then delete the it e.g "yourdomain/AdminServer/ldap"
  4. Restart the server.
