I defined all profile options related to Procurement Contracts, Setup a contract template. Added Standard Purchase order to Contract template. Then went to define a new Standard PO in Buyer Work Center. I however do not see the option to add Contract terms in lov in buyer work center. Is there something I am missing. Or do we need to add some menu /function to buyer workcenter to enable that? Would very much appreciate any tip/help.
Check whether you have defined a Contract Terms Template for Standard Purchase Orders.
Also check whether you can manually apply the Contract Terms through the PO Creation under Java based forms.
For this navigate to Purchasing Responsibility > Purchase Orders > Fill up header details and save. Then hit button "Terms" > a new form will open then hit button "Author Contract Terms" > then a new html form will open in a new window. Under the html form try adding Contract Terms using a preexisting Contract Terms Template.
